Thomas Abramowicz is an Austin, Texas trained BBQ expert as well as owner of The Beast a BBQ joint whose bar specializes in bourbon.

Joseph Akhavan is the owner and bartender at Mabel which has 120 specialty rums.

Javier Sham Lourenço is a bartender at Sherry Butt where you will find a large selection of whiskey.
