Tim Ward, a former bartender at the Ritz is the Paris based brand ambassador for Monkey Shoulder.

Guillaume Bisiaux, formerly of Jefrey’s cocktail bar, is the brand ambassador for LVMH.

Joseph Biolatto is the co-owner of Baton Rouge (where you can get a great Genever Sour) and brand ambassador for Bols.
