In this month’s episode of Paris Cocktail Talk, I talk about my newly published book: Drink Like a Local: Paris. It’s a field guide to Parisian’s favorite beer, wine and cocktail bars, featuring 75 establishments and organized by arrondissement.

Get a behind the scenes take on the inspirations, research, and selection process behind the book. I namecheck renowned favorites and share a couple of hidden gems featured within the book, ranging from iconic locales to lesser-known establishments.

Many bars provided cocktail recipes for Drink Like a Local: Paris and I highlighted a few of my favorites in this episode. I even share additional noteworthy bars that didn’t make it into the book but are worth a visit.
