Cocktail of the Month: Dirty Martini

This is as easy as adding a bit of olive brine to your favorite martini. This is a cocktail that invites you to play around with proportion to find your preferred recipe. As a starting point, try:

1 part dry vermouth
1 part olive brine
4 parts gin

Stir all over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an olive
