In this month’s episode, we speak with Jérôme Delord of Delord Armagnac, a fourth generation business, that takes their spirit from the vineyard to the cocktail. He gives a speedy definition of the Armagnac AOC from gascony and then discusses the French perception of Armagnac and the driving forces that are bringing it back into the spotlight. He also shares the specificities of his armagnac and what sets it apart from other armagnacs, including their organic practices. He recommends looking for his Armagnac in the many bottle shops around France who stock it or through importer sites around Europe.
