This month we get philosophical about wine as we talk to celebrated cookbook author, Susan Herrmann Loomis, about her feelings and experience with wine after nearly thirty years of living in France. She shares some surprising things she’s learned about wine at her regular private tastings over two decades, the natural trend and what wines she might pair with the delicious classic French dishes from her latest book, Plat du Jour.
