Food & Drink Social Media in France and Abroad with Preeti Gill of Harupi Media

These days, you can’t open up your instagram feed without seeing a selection of what your friends and favorite accounts have had for lunch or dinner or drinks.  Preeti Gill joins us in the studio to talk about her experience with clients in France and creating digital content around their food and drink programmes and social media communities around what we eat and drink.

Born and raised in New Delhi India, Preeti moved to moved to Northern California at the age of 10.  While studying International Communications at San Francisco State, she decided to study abroad in Sweden for 1 year. The experience of living abroad in Sweden completely changed her life and was the foundation of her becoming curious about International cuisine and culture. Shortly after Sweden, she moved to Paris to start working at Le Cordon Bleu for 4 years as a coordinator for the Restaurant Management Program and this is where her idea for Harupi Media was born.
