This month we hear from Loig le Lay of Eddu about French whisky and his family’s Brittany brand, which is the only whisky made from 100% buckwheat. He shares the challenges of making a buckwheat whisky and how Eddu has been perceived and accepted locally and abroad. And Eddu’s geographically protected status with an IGP.
