California-native Korean American currently interning at La Guinguette d’Angèle, a healthy gluten-free restaurant business in Paris. Her food blog, Bella’s Belly, shares her enthusiasm for clean-eating and cooking with the world. Bella is an advocate for fresh organic produce and farm-to-table restaurants but taste is her number one priority. One day, she hopes to open her own cafe that draws from her travel experiences and passion for wholesome nutritious cooking. She will get her Master’s in International Food & Beverage Management at ESCP this fall in Turin-Paris.

25 year old Korean-American photographer from Seattle, Washington. She studied Creative Documentary and Photojournalism with Magnum Photos and The Speos Photographic Institute. She has an insatiable passion for food, especially desserts, and has extensively studied Korean cuisine in Seoul, Korea. When Eileen isn’t shooting fashion weeks around the globe, she is dining with strangers in their Parisian homes.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, she moved to Paris in 2013 to pursue her passion for baking at le Cordon Bleu by obtaining a certificate in patisserie. Since then, she has worked at a French pastry shop in Dallas which won ‘Best Bakery’ the year it opened, and at the well-known Chateau de Gudanes in the south of France. Now she lives in Paris teaching private classes, doing pastries to order, and catering.
