Nichole ‘Nitch’ Richardson is a Paris based craft beer consultant with over 16 years experience bringing good beer into the lives of good people. Founder of beer her own media outlet and consultancy, she is a certified cicerone server with extensive knowledge of BJCP system, an active member of the wide-ranging artisanal food and drink scene in France and an American expat.
