In this workshop we’ll explore the world of French cheese and wine as we taste our way around France.

During this 2.5-hour experience, you will learn all about…
·         The history of cheese- and wine-making in the different regions of France
·         The importance of French food labels and how to understand them
·         Tasting and serving tips for a variety of wines and cheeses
·         The wonderful world of cheese and wine pairings, and what to look for when pairing them with other foods

During this tasting, you’ll savour a selection of 6-8 of France’s finest cheeses ! Naturally, your Fromage adventure will be accompanied by wines from various regions in France, including its most famous, Champagne. We wouldn’t dream of having a Fromage and Wine experience without fresh baguettes, so expect plenty of accompaniments from our favorite local boulangerie.
