Dominique is a 4th generation winemaker for Person Champagnes in Vertus, a village in the south of the Côte des Blancs. He is very concerned with the environment and his terroir and uses biodynamic methods to work the land, giving his wines finesse and depth. Dominique grows 2 varietals: chardonnay and pinot noir. In 2006 he acquired le clos des Belvals, the origin of his cuvée d’exception.
