Last spring Anna Brones launched a different kind of food journal: no food porn, no ads, no nonsense. Just beautifully written and illustrated pieces around and about seasonal food, from foraging to female farmers, celebrating and taking a different look at what sustains us daily. She turned her idea into reality and published it independently. And the third issue is about to be published. Join Anna over coffee as she discusses her views on food and independent publishing.

Au printemps dernier, Anna Brones a lancé une publication très différente sur la nourriture : pas de food porn, pas de publicité, pas n’importe quoi. Juste des articles bien écrits et illustrés sur et autour d’aliments de saison, en allant de la cuillette sauvage aux fermières, célébrant and examinant d’un autre oeil ce qui nous nourrit quotidiennement.
