DESCRIPTION:Prochaine réunion ….. \nOutland\, c’est d’abord une brasserie ouverte en juillet dernier à Fontenay-sous-Bois par Yann Geffriaud et Matthieu Bulté\, aboutissement d’un projet remontant à plus de six ans qui avait débuté à Bagnolet. \nMais c’est aussi un bar installé à la fin de l’année dernière près du métro Charonne\, en association avec l’équipe du Trois-Huit\, dont la réputation en matière de bières artisanales n’est plus à faire. Sur les douze becs pression\, on y trouve huit Outland\, que nous dégusterons toutes lors de cette soirée… mais en petite quantité (galopin)\, accompagnées de tapas variées (charcuterie\, sardines\, fromages\, etc…). \nC’est aux Etats-Unis que Yann et Matthieu ont découvert la bière artisanale en multipliant les rencontres principalement en Californie\, guidé par Justin Crossley\, animateur du Brewing Network\, le plus important media sur le Net des craft beers\nC’est dire s’ils se sont formés aux bières bien houblonnées\, mais leur vaste gamme ne se définit pas tellement par des IBU parfois élevés que par une complexité aromatique qui ne laisse personne insensible. \nOutland nous promet donc une soirée dépaysante à tout point de vue. \nCette soirée se déroulera le mardi 14 février à 19 h 30 au bar Outland\, 6 rue Emile Lepeu dans le 11ème arrondissement. Métro Charonne\n(ligne 9 à cinq minutes à pied.\nPrix de la soirée pour 8 bières avec tapas variés : 25 euros pour les adhérents et 30 euros les non-adhérents.\nLes autres consommations sont à votre charge. \nINSCRIPTION indispensable auprès de Gilbert DELOS\navant le vendredi 10 février au plus tard….\n(même si vous déclarez ici sur FB venir à cette réunion\, la confirmation auprès de Gilbert est nécessaire !)
