Three talented Mexican chefs from around the world come together for one night of fabulous Mexican food (+ cocktails!) at INKA restaurant.

For a night, the first Peruvian restaurant in Paris is taken over by 3 incredibly talented Mexican chefs with unique but shared backgrounds.
👩🍳 Karime Lopez, after 5 years spent in the wordly acclaimed Restaurants Central (Peru), Mugaritz (Spain), Noma (Denmark) and Pujol (Mexico) presently works at Osteria Gucci with Massimo Bottura in Italy, as chief executive.
👨🍳 Santiago Lastra – aka the Nomad Mexican Chef – has also trained himself in some of the most brillant restaurants : in 2013, Mugaritz, then in Noma, Brör in Copenhaguen and the Nordic Food Lab. Now settled in London, Santiago takes part in many food events in the British Capital and is promising London one of the most exciting openings in 2019.
👨🍳 Raul Oliver is a self-taught creator. But also an ambassador of Mexican food in Berlin with his restaurant, Chaparro, in the heart of the city where he conciles its flavors with Germany’s terroir and cuisine.
Those 6 hands will meet again through a pop-up dinner paying tribute to their culture and mother country : 5 courses playing with Mexican ingredients, traditions and heritage and Peruvian cuisine.
The menu will remain a secret, but surprises are to be expected. The dishes will be carefully paired with cocktails🍹 and South American wines.🍷
