For this second edition, the Zero Waste Festival wants to go even further! In a friendly atmosphere, they’re planning to bring together enthusiastic people for a programme to find solutions that lead to zero waste.  This is a hot topic in the bar world and some of the conferences will be dealing with plastic and reducing waste with events. Plus, there are plenty of other non-food&drink topics to be covered that should be worth a listen.
