At the edge of Le Bristol Paris’ pine forest guests will discover Epicure, Chef Eric Frechon’s three Michelin starred restaurant. Pushed to gastronomic heights
for this festive season the menu includes Foie Gras and Marenne Oysters cooked en papillotte, Saumuré sea trout with sea greens and caviar, Bresse Hen with vin jaune and black truffles.

Chic 114 Faubourg brasserie features: Pigeon and Foie Gras in a whole-grain crust, Langoustine
Royale and Sologne caviar and sole stuffed with chanterelles.

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve tasting menus have been created at Café Antonia, one-
Michelin-star 114 Faubourg, and three-Michelin-star Epicure restaurant.
