Champagne is a wine with many facets. We often here that this sweet nectar is not always produced with great respect for the environment. For the past few years, enthusiasm has grown around champagnes made using organic and biodynamic methods.
Winemakers increasingly claim that it’s impossible to produce champagnes using these methods due to the region’s climate, however certain winemakers have proved these claims to be false.
Dilettantes proposes a blind tasting to determine if consumers can taste the difference between champagnes made using a variety of methods.
